Contemplative Evening Prayer for the Epiphany
Tuesday 6 January 6.30pm

As a church we will celebrate the Feast of the Epiphany on Sunday 4 January as part of our regular Sunday worship at 9am, where we hear again of the Magi, the Wise Ones who travel to see the Christ Child. 

Called the Theophany (manifestation of God) in Eastern Christian traditions, the Epiphany is also an opportunity for us to discover that Christ is also manifest within us and among us. 

As part of our reflective an inward journey during January, this Contemplative Evening Prayer service will guide us towards that manifestation through prayer, scripture, silence and meditation.
